1. Who we are and what these terms cover

DealSmith is run by The Truth Label LLC ("we" and "us"). By using our website, registering for a class or buying 5 Days To Flip, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy, SMS terms and Refund policy. The DealSmith Mentorship is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement controls.

2. Education only

DealSmith teaches real-estate skills. It does not give legal, tax, brokerage, financial or investment advice. We do not guarantee funding, deals, leads, income, profit or any timeline. Read our Earnings and results disclaimer. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and plan to work in New York City; Westchester, Rockland, Orange or Dutchess County, New York; or Connecticut. You are responsible for following the laws and license rules that apply to what you do. Joining a class does not give you a real-estate license or the right to do work that needs one. "Dealsmith" is a program designation, not a state license.

4. Free classes and 5 Days To Flip

The free classes are free. 5 Days To Flip costs $149 and runs live on Google Meet on the dates shown on its page. We may change a time or move a session, and we will tell you by email. Your links are for you only; do not share them. We may record sessions, including questions, chat and any video you turn on. By joining, you agree to that recording. Do not record or copy our sessions or materials yourself.

5. Payments and refunds

Stripe processes payments, and the price is shown before you pay. Our Refund policy sets out when you can get your money back. If you think a charge is wrong, write to us first at [email protected] and we will fix it quickly.

6. The mentorship

The DealSmith Mentorship starts with an application and a call. Only approved applicants can join. If you are approved, you will review and sign a written agreement that shows the price, the payment plan and the terms before you pay.

7. Community and conduct

Be respectful. Do not harass anyone, send spam, break the law or sell to other members. Do not post other people's private information, such as a homeowner's name, address or money details. We may remove content or access if someone breaks these rules.

8. Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to use it to run the community and the programs. We will use your story or video in our marketing only with your written permission.

9. Our content

The slides, recordings, courses, templates and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for yourself, but you may not copy, resell or share them.

10. Other companies' services

We use services such as Google Meet and Stripe. Their terms apply when you use them.

11. No promises about results; limits on our responsibility

Our materials and sessions are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost money, or indirect or special damages, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Law and disputes

If we have a disagreement, please write to us first and give us 30 days to work it out.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using our site or services after a change, you accept the new terms.
