1. The program

The program is DealSmith Class and Challenge Texts. It is run by The Truth Label LLC ("DealSmith").

2. What you will get

If you check the text box on one of our forms, we will text you reminders for the class you registered for or the challenge you bought, join links, schedule changes, replay notices, and news about 5 Days To Flip, including its deadlines. If you apply for the mentorship and check the box on the application, we will text you about your application and your call.

3. How often

Message frequency varies. You may get several texts around each class or session.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

5. How to stop or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop the texts. You will get one message confirming that you have stopped. Reply HELP for help, or write to [email protected].

6. Agreeing is your choice

You do not have to agree to texts to register for a class, buy a challenge or apply. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Your phone number

We use your mobile number only to send these messages and to run your account. We do not share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy policy.
