1. Who we are
DealSmith is run by The Truth Label LLC ("we" and "us"). Our address is 4334 Carpenter Ave., Bronx, NY 10466. You can reach us at [email protected]. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our site, register for a class, join 5 Days To Flip, apply for the mentorship or contact us.
2. What we collect
What you give us: your name, email address, mobile number (if you give it), where you plan to work, the answers you type on our forms, your application answers if you apply, and the messages you send us.
Payment details: Stripe processes your card. We do not see or keep your full card number. We receive details such as your name, email, the amount and whether the payment worked.
Live sessions: we record classes, challenge sessions and calls. A recording can include your name, voice, image and chat messages if you turn on your camera, speak or type in the chat.
What our site collects automatically: your browser, device, IP address, the pages you view, and the ad or link that brought you here. We collect this with cookies and similar tools.
Ad platforms: when you click one of our ads, the platform tells us which ad and campaign you came from.
3. How we use it
Run the classes, the challenge and any program you join, including sending links, reminders, replays and course access.
Take payments and handle refunds.
Review applications and book calls.
Tell you about 5 Days To Flip, the DealSmith Mentorship and future classes.
Answer your questions and give support.
Measure and improve our ads, pages and programs.
Keep our systems safe, prevent fraud and follow the law.
4. Emails and texts
We send emails about your class or purchase, and about our programs. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We send text messages only if you check the box that agrees to them. Reply STOP to any text to stop. Our SMS terms explain the details. You never have to agree to texts to register or buy.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with companies and people who help us run DealSmith, and only as needed:
GoHighLevel, which runs our pages, forms, calendars, email and text messages.
Stripe, which processes payments.
Google, which provides Meet, Calendar, Drive and email for our live sessions, scheduling and recordings.
Advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok and Google), through tools on our site that help us measure ads and reach people who visited. See section 6.
Our lawyers, accountants and advisers.
Authorities, when the law requires it, and a buyer if we sell the business.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone for their marketing.
6. Cookies and ad tracking
Our site uses cookies and pixels from Meta, TikTok, Google and our page tools. They help us count visits, see which ads work and show our ads to people who visited. Under some state laws this may be called targeted advertising or sharing. You can block cookies in your browser, use the cookie choices on our site when they are shown, or change the ad settings in your Meta, TikTok and Google accounts. Where the law requires it, we honor opt-out signals from your browser.
7. Recordings and the community
We email replays of classes to the people who registered. Posts and comments in our community can be seen by other members. Do not post other people's private information, such as a homeowner's name, address or money details.
8. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the reasons above and as the law requires. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails, reply STOP to texts, and ask us to show, correct or delete your information. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, and we will honor them as the law requires.
10. Keeping information safe
We use reputable tools and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
11. Children
Our classes are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child gave us information, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a big change, we will tell you by email or on our site.
