Is the class really free?

Do I need experience, money or a license?
No. The class is for beginners and for people who are already learning. You do not need a deal, cash to invest or a real-estate license.
Is there anything to buy?
No. At the end, Richard will tell you about 5 Days To Flip, a paid live challenge that costs $149. You can say no and keep everything you learned.
What if I cannot attend live?
Register anyway. We email the replay the next morning to everyone who registered. It stays up until Tuesday, Dec 1.
How do I join?
We email you a Google Meet link when you register. We remind you by email the day before, one hour before and when we start. If you check the text box, we text you too.
Who can register?
The class is open to people who plan to work in New York City; Westchester, Rockland, Orange or Dutchess County, New York; or Connecticut.
Do I need construction experience?
No. This class is built for people who will not be doing the work themselves.
