Money is the first question.
Money is the first question most people ask about flipping. It is also where many beginners get stuck.
This class explains the main ways a first deal gets paid for, what the people who lend or partner look at, and the questions to ask before you say yes to anyone. A joint venture, or JV, means working on a deal with a partner under a written agreement. We will explain that and other terms in plain words.
This class is for you if
- You want to flip a house but worry about how you would pay for it.
- You have some savings and do not want to put all of it at risk.
- You have heard words like hard money and JV and want them explained simply.

Meet your host, Richard Frierson
Richard Frierson built his early real-estate advantage through relationships in the music business. People knew him and trusted him, so he could help when problems with their homes came up. The lesson stuck: a useful relationship can come before a property opportunity. He teaches every class live.
